Clematis Kaiser PBR
A highly attractive Japanese cultivar of double, pink flowers 10-14 cm in diameter, consisting of numerous sepals varying from elliptic to narrow – needle-shaped, bright-pink, sometimes nearly red that acquire green splashes in cold weather. Stamens and staminodia are of green hue but they turn pink when full blown. Free-flowering from May till June. Flowers cover the plant tightly, nearly from the very bottom to the top. Light green leaves usually consist of three pointed elliptic leaflets. Reaches 1–1.5 m height. Climbs by means of leaf petiolae. Suitable for growing over obelisks and other low garden supports as well as low trellises. Well-adjusted to container cultivation. Awards: bronze medal at Plantarium'2013 in Booskop; bronze medal at Zieleń to Życie'2013 in Warsaw; golden medal at Flowers-Expo'2013 in Moscow.

It is spectacular flowering shrub with rounded habit. Growing up to 2 metres high and 1,5 metres width. Loose pyramid-shaped clusters of flowers form at the tips of red-stemmed branches in June to August. In flowering offers cascades of perfect grapes of flowers: white in the height of summer, turning pink then dark red. Flowers attract butterflies. It prefers sheltered, sunny or partial shade positions. Grows best in moist, humus-rich soil.

Clematis Diamond Ball PBR
Polish variety raised by Szczepan Marczyński, available for purchase from summer 2012. Flowers are 10-12 cm in diameter, of white-blue colour, full, round or semi-spherical when full-blown (30-50 sepals), both on old and new wood. Elliptical, pointed and slightly wavy sepals, pointing down. Darker on the edges and lighter in the middle and at the base. 1-5 cm length and 1-4cm width. Stamens consist of yellow anthers on white-cream filaments. Light-yellow pistils. Blooms profusely nearly from the very bottom of the plant in June-July. It usually continues flowering in August, although less profusely. Simple or trifoliate leaves are 7-10 cm long and 4-6cm wide, glossy light-green with purple petioles and new leaves’ edges. Reaches 2m in height. Attaches itself to the support by means of twining leaf petioles. Suitable for growing along trellises, poles and other kinds of lower garden supports. It could climb natural supports such as deciduous or coniferous shrubs. Thrives in sunny sites and looks particularly well displayed against dark background.
