How to place an order?

Important information regarding placing an order on www.e-clematis.com web-shop:

  1. The only way to place an order on www.e-clematis.com web-shop is through the service (web-shop) itself.
  2. If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order, you have questions, you would like advice or you have complaints please contact us by e-mail at: e-clematis@e-clematis.com or by the special contact form that is available after placing an order (you will receive a link to it in the confirmation e-mail).
  3. All information regarding your order you will find on a special page. A link to it will be available in the confirmation e-mail that our service (web-shop) sends after placing an order. 
  4. It is not possible to connect several orders in one due to internal organizational system. It is not possible to amend order after it is placed and prepaid. It is not possibile to add new items to already placed order. If you want to order additional items (plants) you have to place a new order incl. delivery costs.
  5. We ship all orders in order of their placement and confirmed payments.
  6. It is not possible to postpone the delivery of your order. If you want to receive your order within an exact period of time place your order 3-7 days prior. On the day of sending your order you will receive all the information regarding your parcel by e-mail. At the beginning of the gardening season it is not possible precisely to define the delivery date of your order. We ship all orders in order of their placement and confirmed payments.
  7. Shipping time. Information about the shipping time is given at the time of placing an order. 
  8. We ship only prepaid orders. 
  9. Order payment is only possible by PayPal payment system. 
  10. Correct data such as: ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and E-MAIL. Please carefully read, fill in and double check your data. Incorrect data will make communication between our service and you impossible. 
  11. We will inform you about the stage of your order by e-mail. 
  12. Due to specificity of internal organizational system we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please send us all your questions by e-mail at: e-clematis@e-clematis.com
  13. We only ship, it is not possible to pick up your order.   
  14. We send plants to European Union countries.
