Actinidia was discovered in China in the 50th of the XIX century, but only in New Zealand became famous.
Actinidia's fruits are highly valued because of its excellent taste, but mostly a very high content of vitamins and trace elements, so called as "vitamin bombs". Contain much vitamins C (u A. kolomikta up to 1500 mg%), E, B, also potassium, zinc, sodium, pectins, sugars.
Fruits prevent:
