Most important features of Early Large-flowered Group:
- bloom in May-June on old wood, repeat bloom in summer on new shoots,
- reach a height of 1.5 m-4m,
- have large flowers with a diameter of 10-25cm (single, semi-double, full),
- are hardy (zones 4-9),
- require low-cut (cut with all the stems at an altitude of 100 to 150 cm);
- in the case of young plants in the first year after planting will cut stems at a height of about 30cm-for better propagate plants, in the second year we cut them at the height of 70cm, and in the third year at the height of 100-150cm. The younger or weaker plants that we cut it down.
